1. Wash and fully dry the vehicle.
2. Prep all target surfaces using Diamond Body Prep.
3. Shake Diamond Body 36 for 15–20 seconds before use.
4. Apply a small amount of product to the applicator.
5. Work one small section at a time using even coverage.
6. Allow the product to flash for 1–3 minutes, depending on conditions.
7. Watch for a light hazing effect as the visual cue that the coating is ready.
8. Level and wipe the section as needed.
9. Continue panel by panel until the application is complete.
10. Allow the coating to cure for 1 hour.
11. Avoid water, heavy contamination, or washing during the initial cure period.

Easy application and great shine

The application was super easy and the gloss amazing. However after a year and a half of dirt roads and Michigan winter my door panels were smoked. I only hand wash and try to wash a least once a week but in the winter when it’s zero Fahrenheit it’s next to impossible. Going to reapply in the next month.

Unfortunately, even with our industry leading coatings, regular maintenance is key to getting the most out of them. If left unwashed/maintained for extended periods — especially through harsh winters — the buildup of salt, grime, and other contaminants can induce pre-mature wear on the coating.

After reapplying your coating this spring, we recommend maintaining your vehicle with rinseless washes or touchless washes at a trusted car wash like Autowash once winter rolls around and traditional wash methods aren’t always feasible.
